The answer is yes. You can say it in whatever language you want, and in whatever synonym and still it would have the same ring to your ears. The point we're getting at here is that it is possible for you to still be fit despite the absence of a membership to some posh fitness club or gym. You don't need to be spending an extra amount of dollars every month to stay in shape. You might actually find this a little bit hard to believe, but you actually do have everything you need to stay in shape. What most of us really lack is just some motivation, and of course some determination and some commitment that we would not fold or fail on our efforts to stay in shape. If you're not such a believer of it just yet, here are a couple of reasons as to why you can still get in shape without having to spend an extra couple of dollars a month. 1. If you are determined, there's nothing that could stop you. Think about it; there's no exercise better than being out in the real world. Get some sunlight, fresh air and a change of scenery as well. You could take a jog at the park or in your neighborhood or do anything that would have some effect to your physical fitness whether in strength, endurance, agility or flexibility. There are actually a whole lot of things that you can do to stay fit despite not being a member of some fancy gym with all their exercise equipment. And if you're worried about specific body parts like your biceps or triceps not getting their fair share of exercise, you could also try to consider buying a pair of weights that you could use at home whenever you get the chance. 2. Yes, because it takes more than just some intricate exercise regimen to stay fit. Being healthy means living right. And by living, we mean eating the right kinds of food and having enough exercise that your body would be fit enough to handle the tasks that you do without you being left out of breath or your body feeling sore from all the work that you do. What people normally do in the gym is do some cardio, some weight training, and perhaps some stretching every now and then paired with some abdominal exercises. Guess what? You could do all this at home. You don't necessarily need a trainer to be by your side for two hours a day telling you what you have to do to stay fit. 3. If you're athletic, then you could keep on doing what you do. You don't have to be a member of some varsity team or some league. You could be just like any other person who plays in the public tennis courts, basketball courts or even the swimming pools. You could tap into the sports that you love and use it as a means to stay in shape. |
